Elevated errors on Claude.ai, API, Claude Code
From 17:25–17:44 UTC, we saw elevated errors on attempts to log into Claude.ai (mobile, web, and desktop) and platform.claude.com, as well as /login attempts via Claude Code. This issue is now resolved.

The incident is now resolved. Sonnet 4.6 exhibited errors above baseline between 23:00 PT / 7:00 UTC and 1:50 PT / 9:50 UTC.
From 14:32–15:12 UTC, we saw elevated errors impacting various Claude services, including Claude.ai and Claude Code authentication. These errors have been resolved.

From 15:00–16:30 UTC on April 6, we saw elevated errors on login for Claude.ai and Claude Code. This issue also affected some Claude.ai conversations and other product functionality such as voice mode. This issue is now resolved.
Between 10:09 and 10:31 PDT, Sonnet 4.6 and Opus 4.6 experienced elevated error rates across most product surfaces.
