On 2025-09-30, a spike in traffic to the Brand Protection API triggered a gradual degradation in the performance of this system. The system went fully offline at 2025-10-02 14:48 UTC. We implemented a fix to resolve this issue at 2025-10-02 16:40 UTC, after which Brand Protection returned to a healthy state.
We observed an increase in network performance issues relating to our Ashburn facility today, 2025-10-02 from 14:23 to 14:41 UTC. Customers may have observed an increase in latency and/or HTTP 5XX errors during this period.
