Between 00:25-01:12 UTC, customers may have experienced errors using the Cloudflare Tunnel API. This impacted viewing, updating and creating tunnels. Traffic for existing tunnels were not impacted.

We identified an issue that resulted in increased HTTP 5XX error responses for requests to our Zurich (ZRH) facility during the window 2025-07-16 16:15 - 21:25 UTC.
Access API availability degradation
Cloudflare Access’ API experienced availability issues for a short period of time. Users may have experienced elevated errors during this time. Access application authentication and all other Zero Trust services were not impacted.
