Customers might have observed unforeseen delays or latency issues during this timeframe. We have mitigated this problem, and applied corrective measures to ensure continued reliability.

Earlier today Cloudflare experienced network degradation in Western North America that affected some downstream services: R2, Stream, Images, and Cache Reserve. The period of impact was roughly 13:15 UTC - 16:00 UTC. Those issues have been resolved.
Cloudflare is currently investigating an increased error rate for some R2 traffic in Jakarta, Indonesia (CGK) from 19:30 - 20:20 UTC. There is no further impact at this time.
