Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers: The Dashboard buttons to configure a custom hostname fallback origin (Add, Edit, Refresh, Delete) are currently malfunctioning. We are working to resolve the issue. More updates to follow shortly.
