Increased Latency for Workers and Pages API

Cloudflare is aware of and has mitigated an issue where users would see increased latency and timeouts for Workers and Pages from 2026-01-28 01:18 UTC to 2026-01-28 16:00 UTC.

This incident has now been resolved.
