A rollback has been released, media transformations traffic is returning to normal. Team is continuing to monitor. Stream uploaded/live broadcasts were not affected. Image transformations were not affected.

Stream engineering has identified an error causing uncached requests for media transformations (short form video optimization) are returning errors. Stream on-demand and live broadcasts are not affected. Image Transformations are not affected.
