A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating

Cloudflare is investigating delays in provisioning SSL certificates signed by SSL.com. Customer can work around the issue in the meantime by choosing another CA (requires Advanced Certificate Manager).

SSL certificates already in production remain unaffected and are operating normally.
