Unexpected tunnel names displayed in Magic tunnel health check metrics and alerts

Customers may have seen unexpected tunnel names being displayed for their own tunnels in Magic GRE tunnel health check metrics and Magic tunnel alert notification from a small number of Cloudflare colos. This occurred between 2025-09-25 16:30 UTC to 2025-09-26 03:40 UTC.

This only affected health check metrics and did not impact routing traffic over customer tunnels.
