You can now manage groups and group membership. Groups can also once again be added and removed from Projects.

Terraform Cloud Degradation

Terraform Cloud engineers deployed a routine database migration that renamed an unused column. While the engineering team believed the change to be safe, it resulted in application errors during the deployment window. During this time there was an increase in error rates and latency. The issue has since been resolved.
