Our Engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve the issue of degraded administrative tasks against HCP Vault and HCP Consul clusters.
We are beginning to see recovery and are monitoring the situation closely and will post an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.

Our Engineering team has identified the cause for the following incident:
Administrative tasks against Vault and Consul clusters are degraded (cluster creation, deletion, generation of admin tokens, snapshot operations, etc).
Existing Vault and Consul clusters will continue to operate without issue.
We are actively working on a fix. Once we have additional information, we will share another update.

HCP Vault cluster creation and admin token generation is degraded.
During this time, users may experience the following:
Failure to create new HCP Vault clusters Failure to generate admin tokens
