This incident has been moved to a maintenance action as its resolution is contingent on ongoing conflict in the middle east and AWS's ability to repair damaged availability zones in their me-central-1 region.

We completed a planned infrastructure migration for our Singapore region. During the process, we identified region-specific configurations that required additional manual adjustments which extended the process beyond our estimated timeframe. The migration is now complete and all services are operating normally.
