This disruption was caused by an upstream network incident affecting Cloudflare's London datacenter, which Cloudflare has since published on their status page: https://new.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/rfrm4fr82w2x

The errors have subsided and we're seeing healthy traffic ingress to affected applications.
