Deploy failures have stabilized though we're continuing to see some slower-than-usual deploy times in this region. Existing applications remain unaffected and the team is continuing to monitor.

We're investigating an issue causing deployments to become stuck in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) region. New deploys initiated in this region may not complete as expected. Existing running applications are not affected.
