This is a friendly reminder that we will be transitioning our customer status page to a new platform on March 23, 2026, as part of our efforts to improve reliability and enhance the overall user experience.

As previously communicated:

No impact to Redis services is expected during this transition.

If you are subscribed to status notifications, you will receive a one-time confirmation email during the transition. This is expected and confirms your subscription on the new platform.

We will post a confirmation update once the transition has been successfully completed.
