Issues with Dynamic Steering Load Balancers
Cloudflare is aware of a limited number of cases where dynamic steering Load Balancers incorrectly routed traffic to a single pool. The root cause of the issue was identified and a fix was applied. The unexpected behaviour was noted between January 13th 23:00 UTC and January 14th 15:45 UTC.
