This incident has been resolved.

Update

We have determined that the issue was occurring on instances in which the Grafana Assistant plugin was disabled. A manual fix has been applied on affected instances and they are back online. We are currently in the process of implementing a permanent fix.

We are currently investigating an issue with Grafana instances failing to start and we’ll provide updates as they become available.
