Boston FSILG network outages

Network has been restored to PIKA, the last FSILG experiencing the fiber optic outage. At this time all MIT FSILG locations are back online.

Update

Our fiber optic vendor has made repairs to the damaged cable and all listed FSILGs are back online with the exception of PIKA. We are currently troubleshooting connectivity to that location.

Investigating

The network is down in several Boston FSILG locations. This is due to a cut fiber optic cable in Boston. The fiber vendor is currently working on restoring the circuits.

At this time we do not have an ETA on the repair but IS&T will continue to monitor and update as the situation progresses.
