We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue and expect normal billing operation to resume by 11:00am ET on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Update

Atlas is currently experiencing an issue with billing, so daily updates to bills will be delayed. Additionally, any changes to payment methods made on April 23, 2024 between 1:15pm ET and 2:50pm ET may not be visible. Fixes for both are in progress, and normal operation is expected to resume within 24 hours.
