UNMS Cloud backend had an outage because SSO credential rotation was not reflected on UNMS side. Users were unable to create new controllers and existing controllers could not be managed by the backend (restarts, password resets).
Service has been restored to UniFi remote access. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Email sending is currently proceeding in realtime, and any backlog has sent.
