Users accessing 3rd Party Services in App Services Functions between 2:00PM EST and 4:30PM EST in Mumbai, APAC, and Europe regions may have experienced a higher rate of errors. The cause of the issue has been identified and resolved.

Slow response times began around 6:27 UTC and end around 6:47 AM UTC. During this time, users may have experienced issues logging in to cloud.mongodb.com and slow response times from the Atlas Administrative API. Requests for changes to Atlas Clusters including adding new IPs to the Access List experienced short delays in processing. There was no impact to running Atlas Clusters.
