Incident History

A short latency spike in Flex resulted in a few errors orchestrating tasks and meetings from 8:51am PST to 8:53 PST. Less than 20 errors were observed.

We continue to investigate the issue causing SMS delivery failures when sending messages from the AT&T Network in the US to a subset of Twilio's numbers. Because we expect this issue may take some time to resolve, we have opted to reach out to impacted customers directly about this issue while we investigate and we'll continue to provide updates through that channel instead of our status page. We will mark this incident resolved on the status page but will send any further updates through the direct communications channel.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Telma in Madagascar. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Meteor Network in Ireland. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Myanmar. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio Verify was degraded for 15 minutes between 15:41 and 15:56 Pacific Time on 03/27/2025. During this period, customers may have experienced increased latencies and 5xx errors when creating verifications with the Email channel of Twilio Verify. The issue has now been resolved.

We experienced calls quality issue to a subset of Twilio Australia Toll free numbers starting at 5:00 PM PST March 26th and ending at 6:00 AM PST March 27th. Users may have experienced call quality issues during this time. The issue has now been resolved.

We are experiencing SMS delivery report delays to Multiple networks in United States of America via a subset of Long codes. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are no longer seeing SMS delivery report delays to subset of US small networks. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing API errors with Account Security towards Verizon Network in US. This incident has been resolved.
