We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to AT&T Mexico. This incident has been resolved.

We have fully investigated the SMS Delivery Delays to Claro in Peru via a Subset of Shortcodes issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

Twilio Programmable Voice experienced Silent Calls / missing RTP streams From and To a subset of Twilio United Kingdom Phone Numbers for 143 minutes between 3:30 AM and 5:53 AM PDT. This incident has now been resolved.

The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded for 1 minute on August 4th, 2025 between 11:34AM and 11:35AM PST. During this period of time, customers sending messages may have received elevated volumes of 5xx's in API responses. This issue has now been resolved.

The issue affecting voice call quality issues to a subset of Twilio Japan Phone Numbers has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.
