We have fully investigated the Flex insights issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
MMS messages were delayed, and were degraded for 30 minutes between 5:00 AM and 8:58 AM Pacific Time on 11/13/2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced interrupted messages. The issue has now been resolved.
