We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Verizon Network In US Via A Subset Of Longcodes and a Subset of Short Codes. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to AT&T/UneFon Network in Mexico. This incident has been resolved.

HTTP requests sent from Studio are now operating normally, and this issue has been resolved.

Twilio SMS was degraded for 171 minutes between 09:15 and 12:05 Pacific Time on 09/25/2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced delivery Delays to Multiple Networks in Taiwan for a Subset of Long code. The issue has now been resolved.
