We have fully investigated the SMS delivery delays to multiple networks in Colombia issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Telma Network in Madagascar. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to MTN network in Nigeria. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures and delivery report delays to China Telecommunication Networks in China. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio Verify Insights was incomplete between 20 Nov 11:47 AM PST and 21 Nov 8:36 PM PST. During this period of time customers may have experienced missing Verify Insights of their traffic on fraud activity. The issue has now been resolved.
