We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery report delays to Onvoy Spectrum Mobile in United States of America via subset of short codes. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio SMS was degraded for 86 minutes between 03:44 and 05:17 Pacific Time on 02/03/2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced failures to ATT network. The issue has now been resolved.

We have fully investigated the filtering issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.
