We are no longer experiencing a decrease in delivery receipts (DLRs) for RCS (Rich Communication Services) messages. This incident has been resolved, and Verify fallback to SMS is now operating as expected.

We are currently investigating a decrease in delivery receipts (DLRs) for RCS (Rich Communication Services) messages. Our engineering teams are actively working to identify the root cause and restore normal delivery performance as quickly as possible. Customers may experience Verify unable to perform any fallback to SMS.
