Our monitoring shows overall improvement in carrier-side traffic congestion, and we are observing instant SMS delivery from Twilio Long-Code at this time. Due to sustained high traffic on the US carrier networks, we are currently experiencing SMS delivery issues from Twilio Long-Codes. Messages are queued due to capacity shortage, and customers may see delays when sending to certain US carriers.
