Twilio Proxy API affected with elevated HTTP 500 errors

Twilio Proxy API was degraded for 15 minutes between 17:17 and 17:32 Pacific Time on 09/01/2025. During this period of time, customers may have experienced elevated HTTP 500 errors including Flex. The issue has now been resolved.
