Twilio APIs were degraded for 10 minutes between 17:35 and 17:45 UTC on 09/30/2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced HTTP 5XX errors on various APIs.

Our engineers are currently investigating the customer impact of a retroactive issue affecting multiple Twilio APIs. We will follow up and provide customer impact details within 2 hours.
