Spike in 5xx errors Affecting Conversations and Sync in IE1 Region

Twilio Conversations and Sync in the IE1 region was degraded for 4 minutes between 04:18 and 04:22 Pacific Time on 07/07/2025. During this period of time the customers may have experienced higher than normal latency and may have experienced a spike in 5xx errors. The issue has now been resolved.
