Twilio customers may have experienced voice call failures for 311 minutes between 1:35 and 6:46 Pacific Time on 04/16/2026. During this period of time customers may have experienced Outbound Voice Call Failures from a Subset of Twilio Numbers to Australia. The issue has now been resolved.
