We are no longer experiencing issues with Real-time Transcription, Conversation Relay, and Voice Gather. This incident has been resolved following remediation efforts by our Speech-to-Text (STT) vendor, Google. This incident has been resolved.

We've identified an issue affecting Real-time Transcription, Conversation Relay, and Voice Gather, caused by elevated latency from our Speech-to-Text (STT) vendor, Google. Their team is working to isolate and resolve the problem, and we're actively coordinating with them. STT services not using Google remain fully operational. The Twilio team has identified the problem to a spike in latency in our STT vendor (Google). Their engineering team is currently working to isolate and remediate the problem. Twilio team is actively communicating with the Google team to resolve the problem. We expect to provide another update in 2 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
