Due to an issue with transcription processing, customers might see delays in their transcriptions being available. (including the webhooks not firing) Our Engineers are investigating this issue, and once services are correctly restored transcriptions will be generated and webhooks triggered. We will provide an update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
