Flex was degraded between 10:06 AM and 1:40 PM Pacific Time on 07/22/2025. During this time, some customers may have experienced problems logging in via SSO. The issue has now been resolved.

Our engineers are currently investigating the customer impact of a retroactive issue with users being unable to login to Flex via SSO. We will follow up and provide customer impact details within 30 minutes.
