The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded for 1 minute between 05:01 to 05:02 Pacific Time on 03/17/2025. During this period of time, customers sending messages may have received 5xx's in API responses or experienced brief delays (less than 15 seconds) with message sending. The issue has now been resolved.
