Twilio Programmable Voice was degraded for 3 minutes between 14:50 and 14:53 Pacific Time on 10/17/2024. During this period of time, customers may have experienced multiple 500s errors enqueuing and dequeuing calls using TwiML and API. The issue has now been resolved.
