Our engineers are investigating an issue that began at 11:16 AM PDT where regional EU email customers are experiencing issues retrieving their IP addresses via API calls and the SendGrid UI. Please note that mail sending is not impacted. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
