Twilio Messaging Insights was degraded for approximately 653 minutes between 04:00 and 14:52 Pacific Time on 01/20/2026. During this period, customers may have experienced missing Recommendations banners in the Console. The issue has now been resolved.

Update

Our engineers are investigating an issue where the Recommendations banner was not visible in Messaging Insights within the Twilio Console. We will follow up and provide customer impact details within 2 hours.
