The Twilio Programmable Messaging API, Voice, Flex and Accsec were partially degraded for 1 minute on May 27, 2025 between 05:45 PST and 05:46 PST. During this period of time, customers may have received elevated volumes of 5xx's in API responses. This issue has now been resolved.
