Customers experienced a partial degradation of the Twilio Programmable Messaging API on September 8, 2025, between 12:19:40 PST and 12:20:10 PST. During this 30-second window, customers may have encountered increased API responses with 5xx error codes. This issue has been resolved and customers should no longer be experiencing errors.
