5xx Errors From Programable Messaging API

The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded for 3 minutes between 09:11 and 09:14 Pacific Time on 07/14/2025. During this period of time, customers may have received elevated volumes of 5xx's in API responses. This issue has now been resolved.
