Issues with SMPP Delivery Receipts

Twilio Programmable Messaging was degraded for 159 minutes between 16:35 and 19:15 UTC on 06/12/2026. During this period of time, customers may have experienced delayed or dropped SMPP delivery receipts. The issue has now been resolved.
