Twilio Voice ConversationRelay was degraded for 120 minutes between 09:00 and 11:00 Pacific Time on 03/23/2026. During this period of time, customers using Deepgram Nova-2 with multilingual support enabled may have experienced missing transcriptions. The issue has now been resolved.
