TaskRouter Had Service Degradation (API 500s Failures) Impacting Flex and TaskRouter Customers

TaskRouter service was degraded for 7 minutes between 13:01 UTC and 13:07 UTC on 05/13/2025. During this period, customers would have experienced their API request failed with 500 errors. The issue has already been resolved and the team is actively monitoring to ensure no recurrence.
