Twilio [Voice] was degraded for 2hours an 16 minutes minutes between 22:43 21/12/2025 and 00:59 22/12/2025 Pacific Time . During this period of time customers may have experienced [problem symptoms such as interrupted calls and messages]. The issue has now been resolved.
