Issue with RCS messages experiencing delays has been resolved and is operating normally at this time.

Update

RCS messages to ATT experienced delays between 1:28UTC and 1:44 UTC. We have seen recovery and still monitoring. We'll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
