Programmable Messaging API partially Degraded

Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded for 2 minutes between 07:39AM and 07:41 Pacific Time on 08/18/2025. During this period of time customers may have received elevated volumes of 5xx errors in API responses. The issue has now been resolved.
