Event Streams Subscriptions Issues

Resolved

Twilio Event Streams subscriptions were degraded for 1 hour and 10 minutes between 05:38AM and 06:48AM Pacific Time on 11/06/2024. During this period of time, newly created subscriptions did not start to receive events until 06:48AM Pacific Time. The issue has now been resolved.

Update

Our engineers are currently investigating the customer impact of a retroactive issue with Event Streams. We will follow up and provide customer impact details within 2 hours.
